Setting Private nameserver.

As a reseller webhost you may want to hide the details of the host whose service you are using. These can be done having private nameservers for your account rather then usign nameservers which are given by your webhost.
First of all decide the nameserver you want to set for your account. Usually all reseller keep their domain name in their nameserver part for eg : if your domain is yourdomain.com then you can keep nameservers as ns1.yourdomain.com and ns1.yourdomain.com. For using private nameservers firstly you need to register then from your registrar end. You can do it by your own ust by getting into your registrar’s domain control panel and register nameserver you want or you can also ask them to register private nameservers for you.

How to set private nameserver usign WHM :
You can easily set your nameserver through your WHM control panel.
Access your WHM control panel using server IP as http://ServerIP/whm then click on IP Functions >> show IP address usage and check free IP or you can also choose your primary & secondary IP address.
Access your WHM usign http://IP/WHM >> Basic cPanel/WHM setup now scroll down and reach to Primary nameserver ns1.yourdomain.com and click on “Assign IP address” and then “Add an A entry for this name server” in same way do it for secondary Nameserver as ns2.yourdomain.com

You can check nameserver status using : http://www.dnsstuff.com

All about Reseller Hosting.

Depending on the advertisement type some and website niche targeting, some offers will convert incredibly well compared to others which will not and can be handled through the PPC model in order to maximize profits.

These concepts can also be applied to hosting affiliate and reseller programs. WebHosting affiliate programs work by providing special links with tracking codes which log statistics such as unique IPs, sign ups, etc. Besides the affiliate approach, webmasters can also promote certain hosting companies by acting as resellers. This approach is quite unique, since every webmaster acts as an independent hosting company and is able to create hosting accounts through a web panel interface, which makes users believe you are the service provider.

The main advantage of such programs is that the affiliate gets to keep 100% of the money collected through a merchant account provided by the original host or through a popular Paypal account. This structure has become popular because webmasters can act as Webhosting companies and earn sizable amounts of money month after month

This structure is not only great from the ‘earnings point of view’ but from the knowledge gained by learning the purpose of the many hosting scripts which are used today by many of the top website hosting service providers, so resellers have a special account management interface to manage several other accounts and install custom scripts with just a mouse click.

In case of reseller account all your earnings go straight to your processing account and all the costumer services are handled by the original company. So those webmasters and online marketers who have wondered ‘just how much money do hosting companies make every month’, have now all the tools to realize the same kind of income. This kind of affiliate program has certainly revolutionized the CPA (Cost per Action) industry and increased webmasters income ten fold compared to the good old PPC programs.
